All online and email order returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Form. Any merchandise sent back without the RA form inside the shipment will be disregarded and credit will NOT be issued. To obtain an RA FORM, please contact the returns department at returns@popular21.com. All packages must be in a saleable condition and must be in a complete pack as it was received by the customer. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, the Credits Department will inspect the items and credit will be issued if approved. Rejected merchandise will not be issued any credits.
Damaged Returns
Customers need to notify the returns department at returns@popular21.com of any damages within 7 days from the date of the original invoice for an RA. No credit will be issued on items returned after that permitted time. We kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as you receive any shipment and contact us for any concerns.
Refused / Returned Packages
Customers are required to pay the re-shipping cost of any refused/returned package due to the following reasons: A) Incorrect information was submitted by the customer and shipment was approved by the customer. B) Customer gave the approval to ship but was not able to receive their box from the courier. Before re-shipping a refused/returned package, the customer must agree to pay the previous shipping cost. More than 3 refused/returned packages will affect eligibility to continue service with POPULAR 21, or upon manager’s approval, change in Terms will be issued.
Restocking Fee
All returns will not have a restocking fee for 7 days if the returned merchandise is returned in unopened condition with the manufacturers’ seal. If the package is returned in an opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee. If the package is returned after 7 days of receiving the items, there is a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at popular21.com, please contact us by phone or email. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 10% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. We do not issue refunds. We will ONLY provide store credit.
